Samtskhe-Javakheti DMO is expanding its members list. On March 22, the Hotel and Spa Center Borjomi Palace joined the organization by signing the membership agreement. Located in the resort town of Borjomi, "Borjomi Palace" is a leading hotel in the region, involved in Health and Wellness Tourism. The hotel is located in a historical building used as a sanatorium in 1876. The hotel includes 164 rooms and various recreation, health, and entertainment services.

Samtskhe-Javakheti DMO is a membership-based organization whose members can be businesses, non-governmental organizations, and other interested parties involved in the hospitality sector of the region. Accordingly, the organization has developed packages for businesses, organizations, and individuals with different profiles.

The organization has already established a successful collaboration with a number of hotels and SMEs functioning within the region. For the private sector membership in the organization, first of all, means the right to participate and vote in the General Assembly of the organization. The purpose of the membership is to introduce the practice of cooperation between the private and public sectors, which is important for promoting the sustainable development of tourism in the region.
