Within the framework of his visit to the Republic of Armenia, the Vice Prime Minister of Georgia, Minister of Defense Irakli Chikovani met with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan.

According to the Ministry of Defense, during the meeting, the parties discussed the existing friendly and good neighborly relations between Georgia and the Republic of Armenia. "The important role of Georgia in ensuring peace and stability in the region was noted. The conversation touched upon issues of regional security and cooperation between the two countries in various directions. The importance of the declaration signed between the countries on strategic partnership was emphasized. The parties noted that the strategic partnership of the two countries will contribute to the deepening of cooperation in various fields.
