"The ceremonies will be one of the functions of the former presidential palace, while its main function will be to serve the people, - the Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze told reporters on Tuesday.

According to Irakli Kobakhidze, this palace is constructed using the money seized for the people, therefore the main task is to give this palace back to the people.

“Our main task is to keep our promise. As you know, this palace is built using the money seized from people and our task is to return this palace back to people. As for ceremonies, it will be one of the functions of the palace. Its main function will be to serve the people,” Irakli Kobakhidze said.
