Member of the United National Movement (UNM) Levan Bezhashvili has said that "the charges brought against the former Minister of Justice of Georgia, Zurab Adeishvili were of a political nature".

"This is confirmed by his participation in the meeting on the topic of Russian military aggression in Ukraine, which was held in the Council of Europe. This is not only the attitude of the Ukrainian government. Such a representation in the European Court of Human Rights is a clear confirmation that the charges brought against him were of a political nature," - MP Bezhashvili said.
