US Ambassador to Georgia Kelly Degnan has opened the Odzisi American Shelf.
"Odzisi and other communities near the ABL know the impacts of the continuing Russian occupation of 20 percent of Georgia. I saw firsthand a Russian military base visible from this school. You know what it’s like to live in the shadow of Russian encroachment. Despite this, it is admirable to see the spirit for learning remains undimmed and passion for progress thrives", - said Ambassador Degnan at the opening of Odzisi American Shelf.
