The President of Georgia welcomes the visit of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia to the country, however, she says it is a pity that the President is not given the opportunity to meet and properly host the leaders of friendly countries within the framework of their visit to Georgia, - reads the statement of the President of Georgia, Salome Zurabishvili, which she posted on Facebook.

As mentioned in the statement, "It is also sad and noteworthy that the relevant agencies do not inform the President about the high-ranking visits, meetings or events scheduled in the country."
