The parliamentary elections in Georgia are uderway.

"It's election day in Georgia! Our observers are deployed all over the country to assess the parliamentary elections in terms of Georgia's fulfillment of its commitments to the OSCE," the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly said.

These are the first proportional elections, with a 5% threshold that parties must pass to fill 150 seats of the Parliament.
