The news agency Accent and the non-governmental organization Georgian Reforms Association (GRASS) are launching a joint project with financial support from the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Georgia.

The objectives of the project include providing the Abkhaz community with objective information across various fields regarding prospects for mutually beneficial cooperation; identifying and analyzing false information (so-called “fake news”) circulating in Abkhazia; and increasing public awareness in Georgian society about ongoing developments in Abkhazia.

In cooperation with GRASS, Accent will prepare analytical articles, as well as interviews and reports with the involvement of Abkhaz journalists.
